Judgement is numbered 20 in the Major Arcana.
Judgement shows an angel blowing the trumpet of God, to signify that judgement is here. The loud trumpet awakens all as it sounds through the earth. Thus, it signifies a calling that cannot be ignored.
People awoken from their graves, naked and bare, as this shows that all is revealed to the heavens. Whatever right or wrong they did is laid bare for judgement.
Naturally, for them to enter heaven, they need to be forgiven for their sins. Whether it is forgiven through others, or by themselves, they know it best.
