Description
The 10 of Wands (or Ten of Wands) shows a man alone carrying a bunch of poles towards what looks like a small village or town. He is bending over, weighted by what he is carrying, and using the extra weight to carry on forward.
As the town or village is in view, he knows he just need to push through for the last hurdle to complete the task and release the burdens.
If he had someone to help him, he can share the load and the work.
